Fishing Boat Floor Replacement

Well, I just bought a nice older model fishing boat with a 150 yamaha. The floor has some rotted spots and I was thinking of replacing the whole floor. It's very open and seems pretty much like an easy job....it's all a big rectangle without many in's and out's. Any tips, pics, suggestions before I start. all help is greatly appreciated.

You should junk the boat and sell me the 150 yamaha. Just kidding, use the search at the top of the page and you will find plenty of deck replacements. Good luck
