Default Dry docking my 1965 wooden 46 ft constellation

I have acquired a 1965 46 ft constellation that will be delivered in five days. I estimate a least two years for a proper restoration. My question is, does anyone have a design for supports (not jack stands) that will make sure the weight is evenly distributed. My thoughts were to build some form of cradle. The area it will set on is semi firm soil. I would appreciate any input.

Yeah it's wood but I want it anyway. It was free.

Decided to pass on this boat. The previous owner could not produce a clear title.

    Hi......welcome to iboats !

    really sorry about the title....

I personally love antique woodies......i lived on one for quite a while....best life style of my life.

after the boat is slung......just proper supports on the keel under the ribs are common.....then supports under the outer gunwhales.

due to the heavy wood construction of the woodies... bracing is easy.....just make sure you are under a rib or stringer....not on planking.
