1989 seaswirl 18' classic cuddy

I have a 1989 18' seaswirl classic cuddy. The benches under the cuddy cushions have no cut outs for storage. Can i cut openings for storage? Or am i asking for it

You probably can but if they are built like most there isn't as much room under them as you may think. If you do cut openings be prepared to beef up the framing.

Ayuh,... I donno, but My guess is, there's Foam in those areas....

If there's any usable space, sure, you can do whatever ya want, it's yer boat...
