    Default Angler 20' DC

    Looking at purchasing a 2000 Angler 20' dual console. It is powered by a 125 Merc, and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on whether this is enough power for this boat. Specs say it weighs 1900 lbs, which is less than some other comparable boats (i.e. Trophy). Thanks. Kevin

    I also have a 2000 20' DC. my first first boat it has a j150 on it . come's up on plane quick alot of power for the boat..
    so dont see why 125 wouldnt be enough
